If you fail to authenticate 10 times in a row then your account will be locked. Follow these steps to unlock your account.
- On the sign in page click the Unlock account link.
- You will be required to verify that this is your account. You can do so by responding to a Push notification in the Okta Verify app or you can choose to receive an email.
- If you choose to receive an email then you will see this message:
- After you click the Send me an email button you will see this message:
- Then you will receive an email similar to this one:
- Click the Unlock Account button in the email and a new tab will open in your browser and you will see the following:
- After you click the Verify button you will be signed into your Dashboard.
- NOTE: If you have any problems unlocking you account then email help@tammaninc.com and the IT Team can manually unlock your account for you.
