Are you only seeing a small subset of your email on your phone? If you want to increase the amount of email that is stored on your phone then follow these simple steps:
- Tap Settings on the iPhone Home screen.
- Scroll down and tap Passwords and Accounts.
- Tap the desired Exchange account in the Accounts section.
- Now tap Mail Days to Sync.
- Pick how many recent days of mail you want to be sent to iPhone Mail automatically. Choose No Limit to synchronize all of your email. (Obviously, only choose this option if you really need it!)
- Tap to go back to the previous screen and save your preferences.
The Mail app will now start to synchronize all of your mail for the indicated period. Based on the period of time that you selected and your volume of email it might take a while to sync, so please be patient.
